There are many ways to unblock and balance the chakras, including yoga, meditation, and energy healing. You can also work with crystals, listen to music, or use essential oils that correspond to the chakras.
I often work with clients on this on a 121 basis and all this practical experience and learning is being consolidated into a self-access study course. This way, many more people can tap into what is happening in their bodies and how to shift their energy using practical techniques.
