"Relax and Renew"
This is a gorgeous workshop, encouraging self empowerment through Mind, Body, Heart & Soul.
We begin by exploring the power language has on our bodies, how self-talk in the Mind can be supportive or detrimental to our goals and daily life, and then move into the Body.
In the Body, we use chakra cleansing and energising exercises to allow the chi to flow more freely in both the physical and energy bodies. This can be done when seated if participants have mobility challenges.
Heart centred joy is facilitated through Laughter Yoga, laughter exercises the heart muscles and releases withheld tensions from the energy field and is uplifting in its vibrational energy.
We complete with a Soul based mediation allowing participants to soften into a cellular healing journey.

This Workshop focuses on how we can empower our own selves by releasing triggers from the past (abuse, violence, Freedom from Fear
These healing Workshops focus on releasing past wounding that triggers the present and is facilitated through a variety of techniques including:
* Neuro Linguistic Programming
* Self-hypnosis
* Emotional Freedom Technique - using tapping to release the connection between trigger and reaction
* Hypnotic Relaxation to let go of mind and body based fears.
The 'Freedom from Fear' workshops are individually created for specific groups of people with similar past wounding e.g. physical abuse, sexual abuse, PTSD etc. Please get in touch to discuss your groups needs.
