My training

When I started this journey, many moons ago, I had no idea where or how far it would take me.
My academic background is in Linguistics and Education, and as my interest in healing evolved so did my use of language to support others in creating change through Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
From this, my awareness and skills with energy work increased and I moved more into the energetic pathways of supporting others. This is very much how I work today.
As I sat down at my laptop to compile a list of my training and learning to share with you, soft tears of gratitude filled my eyes as my heart and soul smiled in wonder at the incredible experiences I have manifested along this path.
All of them layer into the space I hold for you, and I bless each moment that allows me to do so.
