Over 12 weeks, we connect for up to 12 x 30 minute (or, 6 x 1 hour) sessions exploring life areas where you want to step into your own power and create actionable new behaviours and patterns to support your emergence into greater balance and ease of flow in daily life.
Before each session, I tune in with the Akashic Records in preparation and then offer channelled guidance during our session. Once our session completes, I will send a gentle reminder of action steps before our next session.
