There are currently 3 personal packages available around the themes of Change, Healing and Intuition. These are open to being modified especially for you! Just let me know your needs and we can co-create a package if the offerings below do not meet your needs.

Awakening
Do you want to explore and awaken your connection with inner and eternal guidance? Then this is for you!

- We begin with a Soul Realignment Reading to allow you to more deeply understand your Souls gifts and chosen experiences for this life and how to embody these in your daily life.
- Vital energy movement class – this is a one to one session using elements from Chi Kung, Tai Chi and Chakra Activation exercises. Each class is specifically crafted for you as an individual based on our previous learning and discussion through the Soul Realignment Reading. When you move energy through your body and therefore through your chakras, you allow the Throat Chakra and Third Eye to have greater access to energy which allows you to use these areas of guidance more fully. 30 minutes via Zoom.
- Let the fun begin! In this session we analyse your current skills and then focus on how to expand them. We will create a baseline to begin then move into expansion. Vocalising to clear space for the Guides and the 5th Chakra, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) at the 3rd Eye and using a pendulum for self-reading guidance. 30 minutes via Zoom,
- Chakra analysis and guidance – Our Chakra system exists not just in our physical body, but in our emotional and mental energy bodies too. This session explores each of the 7 Chakras at all 3 levels - physical, emotional and mental. This is a very revealing reading and highlights opportunities of change.
We direct energy in our life through choices. If we neglect any of the energies that we are here to integrate as Human Beings, our chakras will become off-balance. Once we have knowledge of where there is Underactivity, Balance or Overactivity then we can create choices to support these chakras.
The clearing work will be undertaken in the Akashic Records and then the rebalancing supported in the 3rd dimension through the path of personal action by you. The work is prepared in advance and information shared in a feedback session via Zoom. This awareness empowers you to self-check moving forwards, take action and deepen your connection to your inner knowingness and more fully awaken your intuition £

Change
Is there a particular situation in your life where you are experiencing ‘stuckness’ and want to understand how this has come about and how to shift it? Are you experiencing a change in your life that you need some support in working through? This can be a physical transition e.g. menopause, or a change such as a new job or a relationship ending. Then this package is for you!

- We begin with a Soul Realignment Reading to allow you to more deeply understand your Souls gifts and chosen experiences for this life.
- When you have identified where you are either feeling stuck or want support in shifting more easily through change, then this is supported with 3 Energetic Cellular Healing sessions to work on melting blocks of resistance in your physical and energetic bodies. Each session is 60 minutes.
- The follow up from this is 4 weekly Spirit Guide sessions via Zoom with each session being 30 minutes. This connection allows us to continue to co-create and support the shifts you intend to action.

The clearing work will be undertaken in the Akashic Records and then the rebalancing supported in the 3rd dimension through the path of personal action by you. The work is prepared in advance and information shared in a feedback session via Zoom.

Before each session, I tune in with the Akashic Records in preparation and then offer channelled guidance during our session. Once our session completes, I will send a gentle reminder of action steps before our next session.
These Incredibly supportive sessions will allow guidance from source to light the way forwards on your pathway to creating the life you choose.
